If Bernie were progressive he’d drop out. He lost the election for Hillary and now impedes Elizabeth Warren’s chances. She has the intellect and has done her homework. Warren has the progressive credentials. Will this old white male stand in the way of a first woman president– again?
Elizabeth Warren alone is prepared with plans and ideas backed up by research. She doesn’t expect to be elected on entitled personality, but on hard work. The rest scramble to copy her.
I’m rooting for Warren because she’s a visionary with the work ethic chops to back it up. Warren actually has ideas; grand, detailed and daring ideas, and through these ideas she is single-handedly elevating the already endless slog of the 2020 presidential campaign.
It’s early, but this much is true: Elizabeth Warren is running the most impressive presidential campaign in ages, certainly the most impressive campaign within my lifetime. Warren’s approach is ambitious and unconventional. She is betting on depth in a shallow, tweet-driven world. Elizabeth Warren’s substantive approach is yielding results. She’s finally earning the kind of media coverage that was initially bestowed on many VERY less-deserving men in the race.
When will Bernie earn a place in history by helping elect a woman? Or is his ego getting in the way?

Dear Frank Schaeffer:
If you were a progressive, you’d recognize and renounce the Democrat Party for the reactionary bourgeois faction that it is and throw your weight behind the Socialist Equality Party.
There won’t be any serious challenge to Trump’s authoritarian actions, including the the extension of immigrant concentration camps, the buildup to WW III, the extradition and likely assassination of Julian Assange, the just filed International Criminal Court charges against the EU for crimes against humanity, the attacks on the press, US meddling in foreign elections — including the right-wing putsch against Labor Party leader Jeremy Corbyn being mounted in intimate collusion with the security services in Britain and the United States, and a host of other issues.
Neither you, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, nor the Democratic Party offer progressive content. Justice will be served in 2020 only if both parties are flatly rejected by the working class.
Dear gdd,
Now that those camps are built why not put rabid evangelicals into them like our Frank’s father created?
Assange is a creation of that Bulshivist state of Isreal and her fine spy agency and she is a Theocracy much like Saudi Arabia and of course Iran and remember Jefferson and his admonition on the separation of Church and State and Washingtons constant pontificating on avoiding foreign entanglements and to our deluded evangelicals America does not fight religious wars!
Evangelicals are a national security threat and just watch how fake social media will play them for our next election.

Dear Nine:
There is no ‘Bulshivist’ state [to borrow your charming vocabulary] in eretz Ysra’el or anywhere else.
Were Elizabeth Warren a progressive, she would point out that Mr. Sanders’ speech on ‘democratic socialists’ at George Washington University last week was devoid of any critique of Capitalism or of war.
The Democrat Party supports a modified Trump platform in which foreign policy focuses on Russia more than China, whereas the Republican Party supports a focus on China over Russia.
For the millions or billions of workers whose blood will be spilled needlessly in the next world war, it doesn’t matter squat which faction prevails.
