At this point perhaps it might be easier if we just sort out which of Trump’s men HAS NOT been accused of beating women. It’s a short list. Trump’s administration is overflowing with men who hurt women.
And, of course, while we’re talking about Trump’s abuser pals, servants and enablers, ranging from evangelical leaders like Franklin Graham, to the entire leadership of the GOP… there’s Trump himself. Trump has been accused so many times of offenses ranging from groping to a detailed account of rape from his ex-wife, Ivana that the public has lost count. If one believes just a fraction of the historic accounts of dozens of women spread over the decades, Trump would have been in jail as a sex offender many times over – if not for his money.
These days Trump seems to have no men pals who aren’t abusers. Trump endorsed accused child molester Roy Moore for Senate, and is longtime friends with former RNC finance chair Steve Wynn (and fellow low-life casino operator scum) – accused of harassment and sexual assault by dozens of women.
According to Trump all women are habitual liars except women abused or molested by Democrats. The only white males Trump hasn’t believed when talking about accusations of sexual or violent abuse are Bill Clinton and Al Franken. Everyone else – including Trump – gets a pass.
Violence against women seems to almost be a Trump requirement for employment or friendship. Corey Lewandowski was accused of sexual assault in 2017 and was charged with battery in 2016. Trump’s choice for labor secretary Andrew Puzder, withdrew his name after domestic violence his ex-wife told Oprah about in 1990, surfaced. Steve Bannon was hired by Trump, knowing he’d been charged with domestic violence after his then wife called 911 and police noted at the time that she had marks on her wrists and neck.
If abuse of women isn’t an actual Trump requirement enabling abusers seems to be. John Kelly knew about Trump’s abuse of women before taking the job as did every American who voted for Trump including almost the entire white male evangelical leadership. And once in the White House “the honorable Marine” Kelly not only served Trump-The-Molester but covered for the likes of Porter too.
Kelly knew about Porter’s history of domestic violence since he couldn’t get security clearance because of it but continued to rally behind him anyway. Kelly even promoted Porter, soon after finding out about the abuse.
Kelly called Porter “a man of true integrity and honor” in response to the allegations of three women. (In Trumpland one white man’s word is worth three times more than three women’s it seems.) After Porter resigned, Kelly even took the time to read out Porter’s statement, in which he called the accusations of three women all “vile” and a “smear campaign.”
Porter, accused of assaulting both of his ex-wives and a former girlfriend, gave his resignation but “was not pressured to do so”, according to woman-abuser-enabler press secretary Sarah Huckabee. In fact, Huckabee lauded Porter as having the “full confidence” of the president and John Kelly.
Kelly isn’t the only woman-abuse enabler and justifier: As I mentioned, evangelical paragon Sarah Huckabee, is a female traitor to all women. Huckabee, echoing her vile boss, routinely defends woman-abusers and brands victims as liars. She has so far been one hundred percent on the side of men in every case where women go up against powerful men including the Roy Moore.
Trump keeps Huckabee in her place. He respects men who keep women in their place: “You have to treat ’em like shit,” as he said in an on-camera interview some years ago. That’s why top White House staffer Rob Porter got a hero’s goodbye from Trump… even as a picture of his ex-wife’s battered face was splashed across the news.
According to Trump a woman’s word is always a “mere allegation” whereas a white male abuser’s word deserves to be believed- until proven wrong in court of law. Photos of bruised faces be damned!
Trump’s take on white rich men who rape, abuse and molest: “It’s very sad because he’s a very good person. I’ve always found him to be just a very, very good person, and by the way a very very talented person.” Look what he’s done. So, I feel very badly.”
The Trump Doctrine is this: NEVER believe a woman! Always believe a white male! “He says he’s innocent, and I think you have to remember that,” tweets Trump about his latest favorite abuser, and apparently about any abuser of women, young girl and/or those accused of attempted rape of a child, as was the case with Roy Moore.
(This is just your daily reminder that Barack Obama did not have one scandal or one allegation against him during his time in the US Senate or eight years as president.)
It is a fact that with Trump’s history of self-admitted – not to mention alleged woman abuse – he could never get FBI security clearance for any job in the White House… if he wasn’t “president.” Think about that.
I’m waiting for – and praying for – a righteous tidal wave of women’s votes to sweep away Trump and his disgusting crew of gropers, rapists, abusers and their sycophant lying Republican enablers.
In women I (hope) and trust.

” Birds of a Feather ( do tend to ) Stick Together ” … watching each other’s back’s unless a sacrificial lamb is needed to distract attention away from themselves in which case they’ll throw the least of their’s under the bus in a heartbeat in order to protect their own interests .
Thus has it always been … and thus will it forever be .
But the real question is Frank … why do you focus on regurgitating the blatantly obvious that everyone already knows having been broadcasted across the media … from the legit to the questionable ..
… when instead you could … and should be focusing on the hypocrisy of a president demanding due process for him and his kind when in reality he’s been ignoring due process since his emergence into the public eye … making false accusations against his rivals … enemies … ex wives … political rivals .. Obama etc …
.. demanding that he be taken at his word ?
Come on Frank … you and I know you’re better than a bunch of Cut & Paste xeroxed rhetoric in the pursuit of a political correctness … that is neither political … nor correct ..
And you and I both know … the real issues are a whole lot deeper than the christofascist right ( of all stripes ) you seem so obsessed about .
Suffice it to say Frank … methinks tis time you put aside the Public side for awhile refocusing on the Intellectual side we all know you’re so capable of …
And ahh … in the words of the estimable Umberto Eco …. ” Put the social media where it belongs … in the virtual relegation bin “
Reminding you once again of the age old wisdom ( rephrased for the current ‘ transitional age ‘ we’re in ) that ..
The more public a Public Intellectual becomes the less intellectual he/she ends up being ..

I would say this that American spirituality has become out of balance as to male and female and could that be why there is such hatred for our dear LBGT community?
The Evangelicals are insane as the young are leaving their churches in droves so what to do?
Wait it out as the virus shall pass just like our severe winter flew this year…
course what would I know….
Nine
Exactly right, Nine. Hell hath no fury and I believe that we will see the appropriate correction to this insanity. Whether or not it does any lasting good will remain to be seen. This all makes me wonder as I’ve thought that Roosevelt was right when he said, “In politics, nothing happens by accident. If it happens, you can bet it was planned that way”
Hell hath no fury ? No little lady … hell is the divisive identity politics splitting this country at the seams allowing a minority christofascist right … as well as an atheist alt right minatory to rule the land while the majority fight among themselves over minor issues …. which though important overall … pale in comparison to the Clear and Present Danger we’re in … ignoring the main issues at hand
Not to mention … hell … is a mass hysteria taking an important issue and elevating into the realms of the ludicrous and the absurd … exaggerating it beyond comprehension … once again serving no one in the long run
Hell … is focusing on the minors while ignoring the Majors
Hell … is the Collective Stupidity of America .. raising its ugly head once again opening the door to a whole host of influences and evils beyond your imagination
Hell … is individuals such as yourself steeped in social media and conspiracy theory while never so much as looking at … never mind READING books on history , politics , religion and philosophy along with viable media etc
Hell is individuals such as yourself basing your beliefs on ancient myths long since destroyed
So no Tara … Hell … at least hell on earth … is people like yourself on both sides of the fence making up the ever burgeoning Collective Stupidity of America
Thank you, Frank. I’m not fond of criticism toward you, Frank, just because you have a right to express your feelings like anyone else. I think you do a good service to all Americans by keeping each of these out-points fresh in our minds. You & I are similar in our upbringing & religious faith that was ground into our lives. But we have come to a lot of realizations about the hidden intentions of fundamental evangelicals who are holier-than-thou, professing judgements on anyone not like them or not on their side or not in agreement 100% with them. “They” always seem to justify their reasons with plain old excuses & not very logical at that. I wonder if they ever read their Bibles & even understand what they sound like. Please ignore their cut-throat denigration & keep on bringing us the light. Thank you.
Ms Evans – Criticism is the very essence of intellectual and mature behavior , debate and argument … and is how mature human beings separate the wheat from the chaff .. silver from the dross .
Suffice it to say … without Criticism … we end up in a Snowflake addled little world where truth is cast aside in deference to believing in everything … and anything .. leaving us open to all forms of evil and influence
Which by the way in case the fact has eluded you … is the current state we are in . Precious fragile little babies regardless of their physical age along with despotic and oligarch leaders .. be they religious political or business .. all avoiding criticism as if it were the plague itself
In closing … be you an intellectual … politician .. theologian … artist … philosopher .. or musician … one ignore criticism at one’s own peril … so grow up …little lady
…. in addendum Ms Evans … criticism is how we grow as human beings . And until you wrap your head around that simple reality … you’re in for a sad and tragic life of misery and pain in this harsh reality we live in
